I recently purchased a bank owned home where the carpet had been essentially trashed by the prior owners. There was grease, dirt, and who knows what else in there. There is over 2000 sq feet of carpet in this home and for obvious reasons didn't necessarily want to pay to replace all that carpet. At the same time, I was not sure this carpet could be saved as it seemed it was beyond repair. After doing my internet research, I came across Ship to Shore Carpet Cleaning and decided to go with them. I was able to get a next day appointment for an estimate. I met with Owner/Operator Cliff and was very professional, friendly, and gave honest and accurate pricing up front. Due to a cancellation from another client he was able to begin work the following day. Cliff and his helper showed up the next morning to tackle these carpets. They brought their equipment and attacked the seemingly destroyed carpets. I was extremely skeptical at this point as in the back of my mind I thought that these carpets could not be saved. To my surprise, after 2 days of work, the carpets appear almost brand new. Even the heavily trampled and stained stairs were nicely cleaned and had the new carpet smell and feel, as well as their original color back. The current condition of the carpets is a 1000% improvement and that is as a result of Ship to Shore's dedication to what they do. They accepted the challenge of these carpets and would not stop until they were pleased with the result; a true indication of customer service which is something I do not see very frequently anymore. These guys truly take pride in their work which is why I am more than willing to write this review. I unequivocally will not hesitate to use this company again and will certainly refer them to friends and family. Whether you are looking to have your home or your boat cleaned, you will not go wrong with this truly professional crew!

I utilized Ship to Shore to clean the interior of my 42' Californian. The carpets within my salon and staterooms were extremely stained along with imbedded tar into the carpet. Cliff was extremely knowledgable and knew exactly how to remove all staining and tar. The carpets look like new again.

I also utilized the complete interior detail, which was badly needed. All heads, showers, sinks, countertops, etc were cleaned to perfection. This service is extremely meticulous, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a thorough boat cleaning to call Cliff at Ship to Shore.

This service is great! Cliff takes the time to ensure your complete satisfaction. I don't know how he does it, but he was able to bring my homes carpeting back to life. I've used other services in the past, and believed that the carpet was clean the best it could be, however I never knew what a lackluster cleaning I'd received until using Ship to Shore.
